c. Transfer the captured/surrendered/arrested/rescued/recovered CIAC for protective custody to the DSWD Field Office, PNP or Local Chief Executive of the Municipality, City or Province covering the area within twenty-four hours upon the capture/surrender/arrest/rescue/recovery of CIAC, under normal conditions, or within seventy-two hours when the situation does not warrant the turn-over of CIAC within the prescribed period

Transferir a los CIAC capturados/apresados/arrestados/rescatados/recuperados para su custodia precautoria a la oficina exterior del DSWD, a la policía o a un jefe local ejecutivo del municipio, ciudad o provincia del lugar dentro de las veinticuatro horas de la captura/apresamiento/arresto/rescate/recuperación de los CIAC, en condiciones normales, o dentro de las setenta y dos horas cuando las circunstancias no permitan la entrega de los CIAC dentro del plazo establecido
