In November 2015, a joint technical field mission to the Philippines by the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict and UNICEF supported the strengthening of the monitoring and reporting mechanism and provided guidance towards the full implementation of the United Nations-Moro Islamic Liberation Front action plan to prevent and end the recruitment and/or use of children, which led to action by the Government of the Philippines to prevent further violations and the initiation of a strategic partnership with the Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples.

En novembre 2015, une mission technique conjointe du Bureau de la Représentante spéciale du Secrétaire général pour le sort des enfants en temps de conflit armé et de l’UNICEF a permis de renforcer le mécanisme de surveillance et de communication de l’information et de donner des orientations en vue de ‘l’application intégrale du plan d’action ONU-Front de libération islamique Moro visant à prévenir et à faire cesser le recrutement et/ou l’utilisation d’ enfants., ce qui a amené le Gouvernement philippin à prendre des mesures pour empêcher de nouvelles violations et établir un partenariat stratégique avec le Rapporteur spécial sur les droits des peuples autochtones.

В ноябре 2015 года совместная техническая полевая миссия на Филиппинах от Канцелярии Специального представителя Генерального секретаря по вопросам детей и вооруженных конфликтов и ЮНИСЕФ оказала поддержку по укреплению механизма контроля и отчетности и обеспечила руководство полномасштабной реализацией плана действий Организации Объединенных Наций и Исламского освободительного фронта моро по предотвращению и отмене вербовки и/или использования детей, в результате чего правительство Филиппин приняло меры по предотвращению насилия в будущем и заключило стратегическое партнерство со Специальным докладчиком по вопросу о правах коренных народов.
