Na základě zápisu narození do Zvláštní matriky a vydání českého rodného listu budou údaje o narození zavedeny do agendového informačního systému evidence obyvatel, čímž ze zákona vznikne platný trvalý pobyt na území České republiky (§ 10 odst. 3 zákona o evidenci obyvatel).

On the basis of the registration of a birth in the special register and issuing of a Czech birth certificate, the birth data will be introduced in the population records information system, by which by law, valid permanent residence in the Czech Republic is established (Section 10 (3) of the Act on Population Records).
