The present invention relates to a water-soluble and rust-resistant paint composition, and more particularly, to paint including a mixture of a polychlorovinylidene copolymer as an organic binder used as a highly protective layer against oxygen and moisture, and an inorganic nanobinder having strong physical properties and excellent adhesiveness to various metals, wherein the paint has significantly improved rust resistance and water resistance as compared to the water-soluble and rust-resistant paint of the prior art, has excellent durability due to the improved paint film hardness and scratch resistance thereof, and is very environmentally friendly due to the minimal use of volatile organic compounds thereof.

La présente invention porte sur une composition de peinture soluble dans l'eau et résistant à la rouille, et, plus particulièrement, sur une peinture comprenant un mélange de copolymère de polychlorovinylidène comme liant organique utilisé comme couche hautement protectrice contre l'oxygène et l'humidité, et un nanoliant minéral ayant de fortes propriétés physiques et une excellente adhérence à différents métaux, la peinture ayant une résistance à la rouille et une résistance à l'humidité significativement améliorées par rapport à la peinture soluble dans l'eau et résistant à la rouille selon l'état antérieur, ayant une excellente durée de vie du fait de la dureté de film de peinture et de la résistance aux rayures améliorées de celle-ci, et étant très écologique du fait de l'utilisation minimale de composés organiques volatils de celle-ci.

본 발명은 수용성 방청도료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 산소 및 습기에 높은 보호막 효과를 갖는 유기 바인더로 폴리염화비닐리덴 공중합체 및 강인한 물성과 각종 금속에 대해 뛰어난 부착성을 갖는 무기 나노 바인더를 조합하여 포함함으로써, 종래의 수용성 방청도료에 비해 획기적으로 향상된 방청성 및 내수성을 가지고, 도막의 경도 및 내스크래치성을 동시에 증가시켜 뛰어난 내구성을 가지며, 휘발성 유기화합물을 최소화할 수 있기에 매우 친환경적인 도료에 관한 것이다.
