The present invention relates to a cold/hot hydrogen water dispenser comprising: a body for storing a predetermined amount of water, which is supplied through a mineral water bottle positioned on the upper portion thereof, and supplying the water; an electrolysis unit provided inside the body to generate a predetermined amount of hydrogen such that the hydrogen is dissolved in the stored water; and a power supply unit for converting AC current into DC current and supplying the electrolysis unit with the current.
