If property registered in the property registers is the subject of an attachment order, the judge trying the case shall immediately order the making of a precautionary entry in the property register and shall notify the President of the National Drug Control Board thereof.

Cuando se embarguen bienes inscritos en los registros de propiedad, el Juez que conoce de la causa ordenará inmediatamente la anotación preventiva en el asiento de la propiedad y la notificara al Presidente del Consejo Nacional.
