কর্মমুখী দক্ষতার উন্নয়নে গঠিত মুখ্যমন্ত্রীদের উপগোষ্ঠীর সুপারিশের ভিত্তিতে রাজ্য সরকারগুলিকেও পি.এম.কে.ভি.ওয়াই-এর আওতায় প্রকল্প ভিত্তিক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গী অনুযায়ী এই যোজনায় সামিল করা হবে মোট প্রশিক্ষণের ২৫ শতাংশ লক্ষ্য পূরণের উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে।

In view of the recommendations of the sub group of Chief Ministers on Skill Development regarding the need to address the unique skill requirements of different States, State Governments would be involved through a project based approach under the PMKVY 2016-20 with 25% of the total training targets, both financial and physical, being allocated under this stream of the Scheme.

જુદા જુદા રાજ્યોની કૌશલ્યને લગતી વિશિષ્ટ જરૂરિયાતો અંગે કૌશલ્ય વિકાસ અંગે મુખ્યમંત્રીઓના પેટા જૂથ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલી ભલામણોને ધ્યાન પર લઈને પીએમકેવીવાય 2016-20 હેઠળ પ્રોજેક્ટ-આધારિત અભિગમ દ્વારા રાજ્ય સરકારોને તાલીમના કુલ લક્ષ્યાંકના નાણાંકીય તેમજ ભૌતિક, બંને રીતે 25 ટકા લક્ષ્યાંક માટે આ યોજના હેઠળ કાર્યરત બનવા જોડવામાં આવશે.
