According to the present invention, a protection device for endoscopic sinus surgery may comprise: a reference-setting unit for setting a starting point for finding a position of an endoscope in the nasal cavity in response to an input signal of a user; an endoscope-position-finding unit for measuring a distance between the starting point set by the reference-setting unit and a position on the nasal cavity shown by a captured endoscopic image; and a control unit for controlling a computer tomography image, which corresponds to the endoscope position found by the endoscope-position-finding unit, to be displayed on a computer tomography monitor.
