The main objective of the present invention is to provide a contact-type apparatus and a method for inspecting side channels of a smartcard, capable of enabling a large voltage spectrum for power analysis without reducing the voltage applied to a smartcard, by configuring a power analysis circuit using an operational amplifier (OP-AMP).
