Even though I'm usually a bit clumsy with these things, I was able to prepare and apply the mixture smoothly (and without dyeing red the bathroom and Dani who helped me), I mixed the powder only with strongly infused chamomile (I didn't have turmeric) and 3 tablespoons of honey to thicken it a bit.

Nonostante io sia un pò pasticciona con queste cose, sono riuscita a prepare l'impacco e ad applicarlo senza intoppi (e senza tingere di rosso tutto il bagno e Dani che mi ha dato una mano), ho miscelato la polvere con della camomilla bella forte (la curcuma non l'avevo) e 3 cucchiai di miele per addensarla un pò.
