يصدر تفويض السلطة حاليا عن الأمين العام المساعد/المراقب المالي في مذكرة داخلية توجه إلى رئيس دائرة المشتريات وإلى جميع مسؤولي المشتريات/الموظفين المساعدين لشؤون المشتريات، وذلك بموجب السلطة الممنوحة له من وكيل الأمين العام للشؤون الإدارية المؤرخة 15 آب/أغسطس 2005، وعملا بأحكام الأمر الإداري ST/AI/2004/1 المؤرخ 8 آذار/مارس 2004.

The delegation of procurement authority is currently being issued by the Assistant Secretary-General/Controller through an interoffice memorandum to the Chief of the Procurement Service and to all procurement officers/procurement assistants under the authority granted to him by the Under-Secretary-General for Management dated 15 August 2005, pursuant to the provisions of ST/AI/2004/1.

El Subsecretario General y Contralor delega las atribuciones en materia de adquisiciones mediante un memorando entre oficinas dirigido al Jefe del Servicio de Adquisiciones y a todos los oficiales y auxiliares de adquisiciones, en ejercicio de las atribuciones delegadas en él por la Secretaria General Adjunta de Gestión el 15 de agosto de 2005, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la instrucción administrativa ST/AI/2004/1.

À l’heure actuelle, c’est le Sous-Secrétaire général/Contrôleur qui délègue les pouvoirs dans le domaine des achats par la voie d’un mémorandum intérieur adressé au Chef du Service des achats et à tous les fonctionnaires de ce service et leurs assistants en vertu de la procuration que le Secrétaire général adjoint à la gestion lui a donnée le 15 août 2005, conformément aux dispositions de l’instruction ST/AI/2004/1.

Делегирование полномочий на закупки в настоящее время осуществляется помощником Генерального секретаря/Контролером через служебную записку на имя начальника Службы закупок и всех сотрудников по закупкам/помощников по вопросам закупок согласно полномочиям, предоставленным ему заместителем Генерального секретаря по вопросам управления 15 августа 2005 года согласно положениям административной инструкции ST/AI/2004/1.
