It is formed by all of the member Institutions who may appoint accredited representatives to attend the meeting with full voting rights. Each member Institution shall have right to one vote. However, should they be in arrears in the payment of their annual dues, they may take part in discussions at the meeting but shall not have a right to vote.

Artículo 11.- La Asamblea General es el órgano supremo de la Asociación y está integrada por todas las Entidades asociadas quienes, a través de sus representantes acreditados, podrán asistir y participar en sus reuniones con voz y voto. Cada Entidad asociada tendrá derecho a un voto, ahora bien, en caso de que no haya satisfecho la cuota anual, podrá asistir a las reuniones con voz pero sin voto.
