قام السودان، وفاءً بالتزاماته، بتضمين هذه الاتفاقيات في قانون وطني هو قانون تنظيم اللجوء لسنة 1974 (المرفق 19). ويعتبر هذا القانون قانوناً شاملاً ومرناً ينظم أمر اللجوء في السودان.

To fulfil its obligations Sudan incorporated the above-mentioned instruments in a national law, Act Organizing Asylum of 1974 (annex 19), which is considered a comprehensive and flexible law organizing all matters related to asylum in Sudan.
