France has also supported other initiatives in the field of multilateral nuclear fuel assurance, for example the United Kingdom-led nuclear fuel assurance project and the Angarsk low-enriched uranium reserve proposed by the Russian Federation, both of which were approved by the IAEA Board of Governors.
