تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تنفيذ توصيات التقرير العالمي عن الوقاية من الإصابات الناجمة عن حوادث المرور، بما فيها تلك المتعلقة بعوامل الخطر الخمسة، وهي عدم استخدام أحزمة الأمان ومقاعد السلامة الخاصة بالأطفال، وعدم استخدام الخوذ، والقيادة في حالة سُكر، والسرعة غير الملائمة والمفرطة، وكذلك عدم توافر الهياكل الأساسية المناسبة؛

Invites Member States to implement the recommendations of the World Report on Road Traffic Injury Prevention, including those related to the five main risk factors, namely the non-use of safety belts and child restraints, the non-use of helmets, drinking and driving, inappropriate and excessive speed, as well as the lack of appropriate infrastructure;

Invita a los Estados Miembros a aplicar las recomendaciones del Informe mundial sobre prevención de los traumatismos causados por el tránsito, incluidas las relativas a los cinco principales factores de riesgo, a saber: la no utilización de cinturones de seguridad y sillas protectoras para niños, la no utilización de cascos, la conducción en estado de ebriedad, la velocidad inadecuada y excesiva, y la falta de una infraestructura apropiada;
