By virtue of having identified several nonconformities, both by the industrial sector and by the Sanitary Authority, in relation to the acquisition of medicines to supply the public health units, it is evident the necessity of a readjustment in the prices of the strategic medicines of use and human consumption, in order to take into account the most important variables for obtaining a factor of adjustment to fixed ceiling prices.

En virtud de haber identificado varias inconformidades, tanto por el sector industrial como por la Autoridad Sanitaria, en relación a la adquisición de medicamentos para abastecer las unidades de salud públicas, se evidencia la necesidad de un reajuste en los precios de los medicamentos estratégicos de uso y consumo humano, a fin de tomar en cuenta las variables más importantes para la obtención de un factor de ajuste a los precios techo fijados.
