وسيكون من المفيد معرفة ما إذا كانت الحكومة تخطط لسن تشريعات في ميدان العمل تجمع بين التمييز المقصود وغير المقصود وما إذا كانت تخطط لتوعية الجمهور بهذين النوعين من التمييز.
