Pursuant to article 30, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code, the attempted commission of an offence is defined as an intentional action or omission by a person directly aimed at the commission of an offence, where the offence is not completed owing to circumstances beyond the person’s control.

Con arreglo al artículo 30.1 del Código Penal, se considera tentativa de delito todo acto (u omisión) intencional de una persona con el propósito directo de cometer un delito que no se ha consumado por circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad de dicha persona.
