واللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ هي الجهة المسؤولة عن عقد اجتماع اللجنة الفرعية المعنية بالنهوض بالمرأة التابعة للجنة الإقليمية المشتركة بين الوكالات لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ والتي توفر الإطار المؤسسي للأنشطة المشتركة والتعاونية القائمة على هذين المنهاجين.

ESCAP is the convener of the Regional Inter-agency Committee for Asia and the Pacific (RICAP) Subcommittee on the Advancement of Women which provides the institutional framework for joint and collaborative activities based on these two platforms.
