فالاتفاق الإطاري المبرم مع مورِّد وحيد يمكن أن يزيد إلى الحدّ الأقصى خصومات الاشتراء المجمَّع بالنظر إلى المدى المحتمل لإمكانيات الأعمال بالنسبة إلى المورِّد أو المقاول، وخصوصا حيثما تشكل احتياجات الجهة المشترية نسبة كبيرة من السوق ككل، وبشرط أن يكون هناك يقين كافٍ فيما يخص كميات الشراء المقبلة (من خلال تعهدات ملزمة من الجهة المشترية مثلا).

A single-supplier framework agreement has the potential to maximize aggregated purchase discounts given the likely extent of potential business for a supplier or contractor, particularly where the procuring entity’s needs constitute a significant proportion of the entire market, and provided that there is sufficient certainty as to future purchase quantities (through binding commitments from the procuring entity, for example).
