The trail network that passes through the municipalities belonging our region of O Ribeiro county runs mostly along the Avia, Minho, Cerves, Arnoya and Arenteiro rivers, where we find unique landscapes formed by the canyons that these rivers have been excavated in the rocks with the past of time.

La red de caminos que atraviesa los municipios pertenecientes a nuestra Comarca de O Ribeiro discurre en su mayor parte siguiendo los ríos Avia, Miño, Cerves, Arenteiro y Arnoya, donde encontramos paisajes singulares formados por los cañones que estos han excavado en las rocas con el paso del tiempo.
