(4) Um diesem Ziel auf dem Gebiet der staatlichen Beihilfen gerecht zu werden, haben die EFTA-Staaten unter anderem zugesagt, der EFTA-Überwachungsbehörde alle Vorhaben zur Gewährung oder Änderung von staatlichen Beihilfen nach Artikel 62 des EWR-Abkommens und Artikel 1 des Protokolls 3 zum Überwachungsabkommen anzuzeigen, welche im Einklang mit den einschlägigen Entscheidungen ausgelegt werden, die der Gerichtshof der Europäischen Gemeinschaften vor dem Zeitpunkt der Unterzeichnung des EWR-Abkommens erlassen hat (Artikel 6 des EWR-Abkommens).

(4) Για την επίτευξη του στόχου αυτού στον τομέα των κρατικών ενισχύσεων, τα κράτη της ΕΖΕΣ ανέλαβαν, μεταξύ αλλών, την υποχρέωση να κοινοποιούν στην Εποπτεύουσα Αρχή της ΕΖΕΣ όλα τα σχέδια χορήγησης ή τροποποίησης ενισχύσεων, όπως ορίζεται στο άρθρο 62 της συμφωνίας ΕΟΧ και στο άρθρο 1 του πρωτοκόλλου 3 της συμφωνίας περί εποπτείας και Δικαστηρίου, τα οποία ερμηνεύονται σύμφωνα με τις σχετικές αποφάσεις του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικαστηρίου που είχαν εκδοθεί πριν από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της συμφωνίας ΕΟΧ (άρθρο 6 της συμφωνίας ΕΟΧ).

(4) In order to achieve this objective in the field of State aid, the EFTA States undertook, inter alia, to notify to the EFTA Surveillance Authority any plans to grant or alter aid as laid down in Article 62 of the EEA Agreement and Article 1 of Protocol 3 to the Surveillance and Court Agreement, interpreted in conformity with the relevant rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Communities given prior to the date of signature of the EEA Agreement (Article 6 of the EEA Agreement).

(4) Para ello, en el ámbito de las ayudas estatales, los Estados de la AELC se comprometieron, entre otras cosas, a notificar al Órgano de Vigilancia de la AELC todos los proyectos de concesión o modificación de ayudas estatales, tal como se establece en el artículo 62 del Acuerdo EEE y el artículo 1 del Protocolo 3 del Acuerdo de Vigilancia y Jurisdicción, interpretados de conformidad con las resoluciones pertinentes del Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europeas dictadas con anterioridad a la fecha de la firma del Acuerdo EEE (artículo 6 del Acuerdo EEE).

4) Afin d'atteindre cet objectif dans le domaine des aides d'État, les États de l'AELE se sont notamment engagés à notifier à l'Autorité de surveillance AELE tous les projets tendant à instituer ou à modifier une aide, comme le prévoient l'article 62 de l'accord EEE et l'article 1er du protocole 3 de l'accord Surveillance et Cour de justice, interprétés conformément à la jurisprudence pertinente de la Cour de justice des Communautés européennes antérieure à la date de signature de l'accord EEE (article 6 de l'accord EEE).

(4) Per attuare questo obiettivo in materia di aiuti di Stato, gli Stati EFTA hanno, tra l'altro, notificato all'Autorità di vigilanza EFTA tutti i progetti di concessione o modificazione di aiuti, come stabilito dall'articolo 62 dell'accordo SEE e dall'articolo 1 del protocollo 3 all'accordo sull'Autorità di vigilanza e sulla Corte, interpretati secondo le pertinenti sentenze pronunciate dalla Corte di giustizia CE prima della data della firma dell'accordo SEE (articolo 6 dell'accordo SEE).

(4) Om dit op het gebied van staatssteun te bereiken zijn de EVA-Staten onder meer de verbintenis aangegaan de Toezichthoudende Autoriteit van de EVA in kennis te stellen van elk voornemen tot verlening of wijziging van steun in de zin van artikel 62 van de EER-Overeenkomst en artikel 1 van Protokol 3 bij de Toezichtovereenkomst, uitgelegd met inachtneming van de ter zake dienende uitspraken van het Hof van Justitie van de Europese Gemeenschappen die dateren van vóór de ondertekening van de EER-Overeenkomst (artikel 6 van de EER-Overeenkomst).

(4) A fim de prosseguir este objectivo no domínio dos auxílios estatais, os Estados da AECL comprometeram-se, entre outros, a notificar quaisquer projectos de concessão ou de alteração de auxílios estatais, ao Órgão de Fiscalização da AECL, nos termos do disposto no artigo 62o do Acordo EEE e no artigo 1o do protocolo no 3 do Acordo relativo à Fiscalização e ao Tribunal, interpretados em conformidade com a jurisprudência pertinente do Tribunal de Justiça das Comunidades Europeias anterior à data da assinatura do Acordo EEE (artigo 6o do Acordo EEE).
