The Plenary was followed by the pleanry" Balance of the last 20 years: Contributions of Service-Learning to an inclusive and quality education", with the participation of Mr. Daniel Filmus, MERCOSUR Member of Parliament who rescued Paulo Freire as "central axis of Service-Learning" and the importance of supporting the community, which "should not be an extracurricular activity, it should be part of the community.

Siguió el Plenario “Un balance a los 20 años: Aportes del aprendizaje-servicio solidario a una educación inclusiva y de calidad”, del que participaron el Lic. Daniel Filmus, Parlamentario MERCOSUR quien rescató a Paulo Freire como “eje central de la mirada del aprendizaje-servicio” y la importancia del apoyo a la comunidad, el cual “no debe ser una actividad extracurricular, debe ser parte de la escuela y además ser transversal".
