ಅವನು ವಾಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಡಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಕೂಡ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯಾದ ರೆಬೆಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ಇಗೋ, ಅವನು ಬಾವಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಟೆಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದನು.
