According to the information provided by the Prosecution Service of Georgia, Georgian criminal legislation offers the possibility to any person, including a person under the age of 18 to submit information to law enforcement agencies on facts concerning the commission of criminal acts, on the basis of which the relevant bodies are obliged to initiate investigations.
