The invention relates to a prosthesis, preferably made of titanium or an alloy of such material, which includes an arched rod (1), a anchoring fork (2) by simply pressing on the handle of the hammer, and a base (3) at the opposite end with gradually increasing thickness and as an extension of the same arched rod (1), such as to establish a widening of the surface in contact with the perilymph of the vestibule or oval window of the ear, the rod (1) being arched in order to overcome the eccentric position of the handle (8) of the hammer (7) on which the actual prosthesis is anchored via the fork (2).

La prótesis, constituida preferentemente en titanio o una aleación de dicho material, comprende un vástago arqueado (1 ), una horquilla (2) de anclaje mediante simple presión sobre el mango del martillo, y una base (3) en el extremo opuesto, con un aumento progresivo de grosor y como prolongación del propio vástago arqueado (1 ), para establecer un ensanchamiento de superficie de contacto con la perilinfa del vestíbulo o ventana oval del oído, estando el vástago (1 ) arqueado para salvar la posición excéntrica de la posición del mango (8) del martillo (7) sobre el que se ancla la propia prótesis a través de la horquilla (2).

L'invention concerne une prothèse composée de préférence de titane ou d'un alliage dudit matériau, qui comprend une tige arquée (1), une fourche (2) d'ancrage par simple pression sur le manche du marteau, et une base (3) sur l'extrémité opposée, dont l'épaisseur augmente progressivement et qui fait office d'extension de ladite tige arquée (1), pour établir un élargissement de la surface de contact avec la périlymphe du vestibule ou fenêtre ovale de l'oreille, la tige (1) étant arquée pour maintenir la position excentrée du manche (8) du marteau (7) sur lequel est fixée ladite prothèse au moyen de la fourche (2).
