وستُنشأ ثلاث من الوظائف الأربع عن طريق نقل وظيفة قائمة لموظف مراقبة الممتلكات والمخزون (ف-4) من قسم إدارة الممتلكات ونقل وظيفة قائمة لمنسق إقليمي (ف-3) ووظيفة قائمة لمساعد لإعداد الفواتير (خدمة ميدانية) من قسم الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات القائم.
