وأكَّد بعض الوفود مجدَّداً أهمية المحافظة على استدامة الفضاء وسلامته واستقراره وأمنه على المدى البعيد بوضع مبادئ توجيهية بشأن مراعاة الشفافية والتحلِّي بروح المسؤولية في استخدامه، ورحَّبت تلك الوفود بالمبادرات التي تعزِّز المساهمة في تطوير قانون الفضاء الدولي، بما في ذلك مشروع مدونة قواعد السلوك الدولية بشأن أنشطة الفضاء الخارجي.

Some delegations reiterated the importance of maintaining the long-term sustainability, safety, stability and security of space by establishing guidelines for its transparent and responsible use, and welcomed initiatives that further contributed to the development of international space law, including the draft international code of conduct for outer space activities.

Algunas delegaciones reiteraron la importancia de mantener la sostenibilidad, la seguridad y la estabilidad a largo plazo de las actividades espaciales mediante el establecimiento de directrices para la utilización transparente y responsable del espacio, y acogieron con beneplácito las iniciativas que contribuían a un mayor desarrollo del derecho internacional del espacio, incluido el proyecto de código de conducta internacional para la realización de actividades en el espacio ultraterrestre.

Некоторые делегации вновь заявили о важности поддержания долгосрочной устойчивости, надежности, стабильности и безопасности космического пространства на основе разработки руководящих принципов его транспарентного и ответственного использования и приветствовали инициативы, которые способствуют дальнейшему развитию международного космического права, включая проект международного кодекса поведения применительно к космической деятельности.
