A claim for drawback in respect of Canadian government department purchases shall be accompanied by the original signed instruction given by the contracting department with the concurrence of the Treasury Board of Canada, to the effect that rights to drawback accruing in connection with the particular contract are duly waived to the claimant contractor.

Une demande de drawback à l'égard des achats faits par les ministères du gouvernement canadien sera accompagnée des instructions originales, données et signées par le ministère contractant avec l'approbation du Conseil du Trésor du Canada, instructions qui cèdent à l'entrepreneur requérant les droits au drawback auquel donne lieu le marché dont il s'agit.
