As the Parliament was convoked within 20 days reckoned after the first voting day in a two round election system, we believe that such convocation was illegal, because if elections are held in two separate days due to the two round election system, the 20 days should be reckoned from the second round of the elections, being the day when elections are implemented.

Le parlement ayant été convoqué dans les 20 jours après le déroulement du premier tour d’élections qui en comportent deux, nous pensons qu’une telle convocation était illégale, parce que si les élections ont lieu sur deux tours du fait du mode de scrutin majoritaire, le délai de 20 jours devait être décompté à partir du second tour, c’est-à-dire du moment où les élections étaient achevées.
