Upon proposal of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in compliance with the Law on Housing, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia adopts an Annual Programme for Construction and Maintenance of Apartments Owned by the Republic of Macedonia for the purpose of stimulating the construction industry, constructing social apartments and apartments for young married couples, and reducing and maintaining the price of apartments for sale in a controlled manner.

A propuesta del Ministerio de Transporte y Comunicaciones y de conformidad con la Ley de vivienda, el Gobierno aprueba un Programa anual de construcción y mantenimiento de pisos pertenecientes al Estado con objeto de estimular el sector de la construcción, la construcción de viviendas sociales y pisos destinados a jóvenes parejas casadas, así como de reducir y estabilizar el precio de los pisos en venta de forma controlada.

Sur proposition du Ministère des transports et des communications, et conformément à la loi sur le logement, le Gouvernement adopte un programme annuel de construction et d’entretien du parc de logements publics, afin de stimuler le secteur de la construction, de construire des logements sociaux et des appartements pour les jeunes mariés, ainsi que de réduire et d’encadrer le prix des logements à vendre.

По представлению Министерства транспорта и связи и в соответствии с законом о жилье правительство Республики Македония принимает Ежегодную программу строительства и эксплуатации квартир, принадлежащих Республике Македония (Annual Programme for Construction and Maintenance of Apartments Owned by the Republic of Macedonia). Цель Программы заключается в том, чтобы стимулировать строительную промышленность, строить социальное жилье и квартиры для молодых супружеских пар, а также упорядоченно снижать цены на квартиры и поддерживать их на нужном уровне.
