본 발명은 식생매트 및 이를 이용한 육묘구조물에 관한 것으로서, 생분해성 소재로 이루어진 베이스부재와, 베이스부재의 상부에 충진공간이 마련되기 위해 결합수단에 의해 베이스부재의 상부에 결합되며, 생분해성 소재로 이루어진 커버부재가 마련된 매트부와, 충진공간에 충진되고, 베이스부재 및 커버부재의 생분해 속도를 조절하기 위한 생분해 속도조절부재가 포함된 식생부재를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 식생매트 및 이를 이용한 육묘구조물은 매트 내부에 베이스부재 및 커버부재의 생분해 속도를 조절하는 생분해 속도조절부재가 마련되어 있어 매트 내부에서 발아되어 식생되는 식물의 성장이 매트에 의해 방해받지 않는 장점이 있다.
