본 발명은 디지탈 도어락과 무선통신 단말기를 이용한 출입 인증 방법에 있어서, 관리자가 사용자의 무선통신 단말기를 특정하는데 사용할 신규 사용자 식별정보를 온라인 또는 오프라인을 통해 미리 출입관리 서버에 저장하는 신규사용자 식별정보저장단계; 출입을 원하는 사용자가 무선통신 단말기로 비접촉 근거리 무선통신을 이용하여 상기 출입관리 서버에 무선 또는 유선으로 연결된 디지탈 도어락을 통해서 출입관리 서버에 OTP(One Time Password)를 요청하는 OTP요청단계; 상기 디지탈 도어락의 비접촉 근거리 무선통신 센서, 지문감지센서, 카메라, 마이크를 통해 사용자의 식별정보를 상기 출입관리 서버로 전송하는 사용자 식별정보전송단계; 상기 디지탈 도어락을 통해 상기 출입관리 서버로 전송된 사용자 식별정보를 기 저장된 사용자의 식별정보와 비교하는 사용자 식별단계; 상기 사용자 식별단계에서 기 저장된 사용자의 식별정보와 전송된 사용자 식별정보가 일치하면, 상기 출입관리 서버에서 상기 디지털 도어락과 상기 사용자의 무선통신 단말기에 각각 OTP를 발송하는 OTP발송단계; 상기 출입관리 서버에서 발송된 OTP가 사용자의 무선통신 단말기에 표시되면, 사용자가 상기 디지탈 도어락의 키패드를 통해 OTP를 입력하는 OTP입력단계; 및 상기 디지탈 도어락의 키패드를 통해 입력된 OTP를 상기 출입관리 서버에서 발송된 OTP와 비교하여 일치하면, 디지털 도어락을 개방시키고, 이런 사실을 출입관리 서버에 저장하면서 필요에 따라 디지탈 도어락의 카메라, 적외선 엘이디, 엘이디 조명램프를 통해 주변상황을 저장하는 디지탈 도어락 개방단계로 이루어지는 디지탈 도어락과 무선통신 단말기를 이용한 출입 인증 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
