(১) কোন এনজিও বা ব্যক্তি এই আইনের অধীন ব্যুরো কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত কোন আদেশ দ্বারা সংক্ষুব্ধ হলে উক্তরূপ আদেশ প্রদানের ৩০ (ত্রিশ) কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে সচিব, প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়, বরাবর আপিল করতে পারবেন এবং সচিব, প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়, আপিল কর্তৃপক্ষ হিসাবে গণ্য হবেন : তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে উক্ত ৩০ (ত্রিশ) কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে আপিল করতে ব্যর্থ হলে সেইক্ষেত্রে আবেদনকারীর আবেদনের প্রেক্ষিতে আপিল কর্তৃপক্ষ আপিল দায়েরের সময় অনধিক ১৫ (পনের) কর্মদিবস বর্ধিত করতে পারবেন।

Any NGO or individual, being aggrieved by any order passed by the Bureau, shall prefer an appeal before the Secretary, Prime Minister's Office, within 30 (thirty) working days of such order and the Secretary, Prime Minister's Office, shall be deemed to be the appellate authority: Provided that the appellate authority shall extend the time limit for preferring an appeal by a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days, on an application by the applicant in case the applicant fails to prefer an appeal within the stipulated time of 30 (thirty) working days on a reasonable grounds.
