The surgical instrument of the present invention, which is adapted for this purpose, can be inserted and set in the body cavity for the purpose of traction of internal body tissue, and the instrument comprises: a mesh formed so as to be spread over the inside wall surface of the body cavity and fixed thereon by means of the fixing means; and a traction means which is able to place an internal body tissue under traction, and is formed in such a way that one end thereof is detachably and selectively joined to a site on the mesh and the other end thereof can be joined to a traction site of the internal body tissue.

이를 위한 본 발명의 수술용 도구는, 체내 조직(tissue)의 견인을 위해 체강(body cavity)으로 삽입 및 설치가능한 수술용 도구로서, 체강 내벽면에 펼쳐져 고정수단에 의해 고정가능하도록 형성된 메쉬(mesh); 및 일단이 상기 메쉬의 일지점에 착탈가능하게 선택적으로 결합되고 타단이 체내 조직의 견인지점에 결합가능하도록 형성되어, 상기 체내 조직을 견인가능한 견인수단;을 포함하여 구성되며, 이를 이용한 수술 방법에 대해 개시된다.
