وفي حين يدرك الفريق أن عملية إنشاء نظام متكامل للجمارك لن تكون فعالة على التوّ، فإن تحقيق أي قدر من النجاح في هذا الصدد يقتضي البدء في عملية تعاون بين القوات الجديدة والجمارك الإيفوارية.

While the Group understands that the process of creating an integrated customs system will not be immediately effective, if any measure of success is to be achieved there must be a commencement of cooperation between the Forces nouvelles and Ivorian Customs.

Aunque el Grupo entiende que el proceso de creación de un sistema de aduanas integrado no se hará efectivo de inmediato, si se pretende lograr algún éxito tendrá que establecerse la colaboración entre las Forces nouvelles y el Servicio de Aduanas de Côte d’Ivoire.
