Similarly, as applied to the claims in this instalment, which primarily concern contracts for the supply of goods, the Panel considers the following factors, among others, as especially pertinent in determining the length of the interrupted-contract recovery period: the duration of the interrupted contract; the size of the contract and the percentage of the claimant's business it represented constituted; the extent to which the contract was performed prior to interruption; the nature of the claimant's business; the location of the claimant's business and its customers; the availability of substitute customers; and the ability of the claimant ability to reallocate its resources
