دعوة الحكومة الإيرانية مجددا إلى إنهاء احتلالها للجزر الإماراتية الثلاث، والكف عن فرض الأمر الواقع بالقوة، والتوقف عن إقامة أي منشآت فيها، بهدف تغيير تركيبتها السكانية والعمرانية، وإلغاء كافة الإجراءات وإزالة كافة المنشآت التي سبق تنفيذها من طرف واحد في الجزر الثلاث، باعتبارها أعمالا منافية لأحكام القانون الدولي واتفاقية جنيف لعام 1949، واتباع الوسائل السلمية لحل النزاع القائم عليها وفقا لمبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي، بما في ذلك القبول بإحالة القضية إلى محكمة العدل الدولية.

To renew its calls to the Iranian Government: to end its occupation of the three islands belonging to the United Arab Emirates; to refrain from imposing a fait accompli by force; to desist from building installations on the islands for the purpose of altering their demographic composition; to revoke all measures taken and remove all installations put in place unilaterally on the three islands, given that such actions are incompatible with the norms of international law and the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention of 1949; and to pursue peaceful means to resolve the existing dispute in accordance with the principles and norms of international law, including agreement to refer the case to the International Court of Justice;

Pedir una vez más al Gobierno del Irán: que ponga fin a su ocupación de las tres islas pertenecientes a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos; que se abstenga de imponer un hecho consumado por la fuerza; que desista de construir en las islas cualquier instalación destinada a modificar su composición demográfica; que revoque todas las medidas adoptadas y elimine todas las instalaciones levantadas unilateralmente en las tres islas, ya que tales acciones son incompatibles con las normas del derecho internacional y las disposiciones del Convenio de Ginebra de 1949 pertinentes; y que recurra a medios pacíficos para resolver la actual controversia de conformidad con los principios y las normas del derecho internacional, incluso mediante un acuerdo para someter el caso a la Corte Internacional de Justicia;

Appelle une nouvelle fois le Gouvernement iranien à mettre fin à son occupation des trois îles appartenant aux Émirats arabes unis, à renoncer à imposer par la force le fait accompli, à s’abstenir d’établir des installations sur ces îles afin d’en modifier la structure démographique, à annuler toutes les mesures prises et supprimer toutes les installations établies unilatéralement sur les trois îles, de tels actes allant à l’encontre des règles du droit international et de la Convention de Genève de 1949, et à s’attacher à régler le différend existant par des moyens pacifiques, conformément aux principes et aux règles du droit international, y compris en acceptant de porter la question devant la Cour internationale de Justice;

вновь призвать правительство Ирана: прекратить оккупацию трех островов, принадлежащих Объединенным Арабским Эмиратам; воздерживаться от насильственного навязывания статус‐кво; прекратить возведение на островах любых объектов с целью изменения их демографического состава; отменить все меры и ликвидировать все объекты, принятые или возведенные на этих трех островах в одностороннем порядке, поскольку они не согласуются с нормами международного права и положениями соответствующей Женевской конвенции 1949 года; и использовать мирные средства для урегулирования существующего спора в соответствии с принципами и нормами международного права, включая согласие на передачу дела в Международный Суд;
