In accordance with the law, persons suspected of or charged with acts of terrorism or other offences against the peace and security of humankind or who have been charged with an offence and extradited from other countries to Uzbekistan in connection with criminal cases under consideration by the investigative units of the internal affairs agencies are ensured all guarantees and conditions for the exercise of their rights set out in the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Con arreglo a la legislación, se garantizan todas las salvaguardias y condiciones necesarias para el ejercicio de los derechos previstas en el Código de Procedimiento Penal a los imputados o procesados por terrorismo u otros delitos contra la paz y la seguridad de la humanidad, así como a los procesados extraditados desde otros países en causas penales que estén siendo investigadas por las dependencias competentes de los órganos policiales y judiciales.

В соответствии с законодательством лицам, подозреваемым или обвиняемым в совершении терроризма либо иных преступлений против мира и безопасности человечества, а так же обвиняемым, экстрадированным из третьих стран в Республику Узбекистан по уголовным делам, находящимся в производстве следственных подразделений органов внутренних дел, обеспечиваются все гарантии и условия для использования своих прав, предусмотренных Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом.
