ومن ناحية أخرى، نضم صوتنا إلى ما جاء في التقرير عن محكمة رواندا فيما يتصل بضرورة إيلاء الاهتمام اللازم لقضية الأشخاص المطلق سراحهم ولكنهم لم يتمكنوا من العودة إلى ديارهم والانخراط مجددا في مجتمعاتهم. وهذا برأينا يمس بحقهم الأساسي في العيش بكرامة وأمان مع عائلاتهم.

We also believe that it is important to give adequate attention to those who have been freed but who have not been able to return to their homes or be reintegrated into society, which undermines their fundamental right to a decent and safe life with their families.
