وتتصدى المفوضية لمسألة الاستغلال الجنسي بطرق منها التوصية بإعادة توطين الضحايا ضمن فئة النساء المعرضات للخطر؛ ودعم خيارات تأمين سبل العيش البديلة؛ والترويج للممارسات الجنسية الأكثر أمناً؛ وضمان التحديد المبكِّر للأطفال المعرضين لمخاطر شديدة وتوفير الحماية لهم.
