The present invention relates to a stem for a bicycle which interconnects a fork tube equipped with a steering wheel and a handle bar configured to control the direction of the steering wheel, the stem for a bicycle having a handlebar of which the position is changeable, comprising: a first fixture connected to the upper part of the fork tube; a second fixture connected to the central part of the handlebar; and a connector provided between the first fixture and the second fixture, wherein the connector is spun to position the central axis of the second fixture so as to reduce the angle between the central axis of the first fixture, perpendicular to the ground, and the central axis of the second fixture, which are perpendicular to each other, thereby enabling the handlebar to be positioned adjacent to the fork tube when storing a bicycle.

L'invention concerne une potence pour bicyclette qui se raccorde avec un tube de fourche équipé d'un volant et d'un guidon conçu pour commander la direction du volant, la potence pour bicyclette ayant un guidon dont la position peut être modifiée, et qui comprend : une première fixation raccordée à la partie supérieure du tube de fourche; une seconde fixation raccordée à la partie centrale du guidon; et un raccord prévu entre la première fixation et la seconde fixation, le raccord étant centrifugé pour positionner l'axe central de la seconde fixation de manière à réduire l'angle entre l'axe central de la première fixation, perpendiculaire au sol, et l'axe central de la seconde fixation, qui sont perpendiculaires entre eux, ce qui permet le positionnement du guidon à côté du tube de fourche lors du stockage d'une bicyclette.
