وأثنت الهيئة الفرعية على الجهود التي بذلها فريق الخبراء الاستشاري، بدعم من الأمانة، لإيصال مضمون حلقات العمل الإقليمية التدريبية التطبيقية المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 أعلاه باستخدام أداة للتداول بالفيديو من بعد، وبالتالي تيسير مشاركة أكبر عدد ممكن من ممثلي الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في حلقات العمل.

The SBI commended the efforts made by the CGE, supported by the secretariat, to deliver the content of the CGE regional hands-on training workshops referred to in paragraph 2 above remotely via a videoconferencing tool, thereby facilitating the maximum participation of representatives of non-Annex I Parties in the workshops.

El OSE celebró los esfuerzos desplegados por el GCE, con el apoyo de la secretaría, para transmitir el contenido de los talleres regionales de capacitación práctica del GCE mencionados en el párrafo 2 supra mediante una aplicación de videoconferencia, facilitando de ese modo la participación del mayor número posible de representantes de las Partes no incluidas en el anexo I.
