وينبغي أن يلقى كل من العمالة ورأس المال كعاملين من عوامل الإنتاج المعاملة ذاتها في ظل العولمة، وذلك لأسبابٍ لا تتعلق بالإنصاف فحسب، بل أيضاً لأن تحرير حركة رأس المال وحدها لن تحقق أفضل المكاسب من الرفاه الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في جميع أرجاء العالم.
