The invention relates to a multipurpose calculation computing device comprising: a calculator-solver (12) that receives a working matrix and an initial matrix corresponding to a system of equations and residual data; and an adaptor (10) which receives the initial matrix as well as a filtering matrix and which calculates a working matrix corresponding to an equation system that can be solved by the calculator-solver (12).
