Das neue Mikro- und Nanofluidsystem (NS) ist gekennzeichnet durch eine räumliche und zeitliche Vereinigung der Entfaltung in einem Fluidkanal (FK) und eines Bestrahlungskanals (BK) in einem photonischen Kristall (PK), d.h. einer räumlich periodischen Gitterstruktur (PG) mit Gitteröffnungen (GO), deren Ausdehnung an die Entfaltung der durchströmenden linearen Makromoleküle (LM) und den verwendeten Spektralbereich angepasst sind.

The novel microfluid and nanofluid system (NS) is characterised by a spatial and temporal synchronisation of the unfolding in a fluid channel (FK) and an irradiation channel (BK) in a photonic crystal (PK), i.e. a spatially periodic grid structure (PG) with grid openings (GO) having dimensions corresponding to the unfolding of the passing linear macromolecules (LM) and the used spectral region.

Le nouveau système microfluidique et nanofluidique (NS) est caractérisé par une combinaison dans l'espace et dans le temps de l'opération de dépliement dans un canal à fluide (FK) et d'un canal d'exposition à un rayonnement (BK) dans un cristal photonique (PK), c'est-à-dire une structure de réseau périodique dans l'espace (PG) présentant des ouvertures de réseau (GO) dont l'extension est adaptée au dépliement des macromolécules linéaires (LM) les traversant et au domaine spectral utilisé.
