وأضاف أن وفده يقترح أن تضاف بعد الجملة الثانية من الفقرة 54 جملة جديدة على النحو التالي: "ويمكن أن يكون المفتاح العمومي لمقدم خدمات التصديق واردا في شهادة مصدرة منه هو ذاته، تعرف بأنها شهادة مرجعية."

His delegation proposed that a new sentence should be added after the second sentence of paragraph 54, which would read: “The public key of the certification provider can be contained in a certificate issued by itself, and known as a root certificate.”

Su delegación propone que se añada una nueva oración, después de la segunda oración del párrafo 54, del siguiente tenor: “La clave pública del prestador de servicios de certificación podrá figurar en un certificado emitido por esa misma entidad, que se denomina ‘certificado raíz’.”

Sa délégation propose d’ajouter la nouvelle phrase suivante après la seconde phrase du paragraphe 54: “La clef publique du prestataire de services de certification peut être contenue dans un certificat délivré par lui-même et connu sous le nom de certificat source.”
