By Resolution No. 94/2009, the Government of the Slovak Republic established the Committee of Ministers for Children (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee of Ministers”), which is an advisory, coordination, audit and initiative body of the Government of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Government”) on matters of the rights of the child and exercise of those rights.

En virtud de la Resolución No 94/2009, el Gobierno de la República Eslovaca (en adelante, "el Gobierno") creó el Comité de Ministros para la Infancia (en adelante, el "Comité de Ministros"), que constituye un órgano del Gobierno y, como tal, brinda asesoramiento, realiza tareas de coordinación y auditoría, y formula iniciativas gubernamentales en materia de los derechos del niño y del ejercicio de esos derechos.

Par sa résolution no 94/2009, le Gouvernement a créé le Comité des Ministres pour l’enfance («le Comité des Ministres»), qui est un organe de conseil, de coordination, de vérification et d’initiative chargé des questions relatives aux droits de l’enfant et à l’exercice de ces droits.
