Various social and State organizations are working together to resolve this problem; they include the offices of the Special Ombudsman for Persons Deprived of Liberty and the Human Rights Ombudsman, voluntary groups, prisoners' associations, universities and law firms. In this way, prisoners receive moral and legal support, including in defence of their human rights

Para solucionar esta situación, se está trabajando con distintas organizaciones sociales y estatales, como la Procuraduría Especial para Privados de Libertad, de la Procuraduría para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, el grupo de voluntariado, patronato de reos, universidades, bufetes legales, y de esta manera se les apoyo desde el aspecto moral hasta defensa legal y de sus derechos humanos
