الإخلال بالالتزام بتسجيل كل حالة من حالات الحرمان من الحرية وكذلك تسجيل أية معلومات كان الموظف المسؤول عن التسجيل الرسمي و/أو الملفات الرسمية على علم بعدم صحتها أو كان عليه أن يكون على علم بعدم صحتها؛
